Elm St Early Learning Centre is a well established early childhood service that is known to be a unique, highly reputable centre with great achievements in providing childhood education and care for more than three decades. Our centre operates as a co-operative of parent users. This means that the overall management of the Centre is in the hands of those parents who are members of the Co-Operative.
